Mr. Al-Yahyawi is a Saudi qualified Lawyer, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Saudi Electronic University, as well as an International Arbitration Diploma from Prince Sultan College for Tourism and Business Administration, and a Master’s degree in Law from Jeddah University.

Mr. Al-Yahyawi has extensive experience in providing legal and Sharia consultations, representing numerous companies and individuals before courts, judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. He has also established several local and international companies and has distinguished experience in commercial regulations, procedural law, labor law, foreign investment, civil transactions, and drafting contracts and agreements.
